FREE SHIPPING: Standard shipping is included in the purchase price of all U.S. orders.

Pottery Preparation: Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for pottery orders to be prepared before shipping.

Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. Items requiring additional preparation, painting, glazing, or firing may take longer. Any specific processing estimates listed on individual product pages will take priority.

Shipping Transit: Once shipped, orders typically take approximately 2–7 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier and destination.

Estimated Total Delivery: Most pottery orders should arrive within approximately 9–21 business days, including preparation and shipping.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Packaging Fragile Items

We carefully package ceramic bisque, finished pottery, and other fragile products to help protect them during transit.

Because ceramics are fragile, please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Pottery by Gloriann within 7 days of delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement.

Pottery pickups, studio visits, and painting classes are by appointment or scheduled class time only. No walk-ins, please.

Confirmed customers will receive pickup location details and instructions before their visit.
